manipulations of the soft tissues of the body by such movements as rubbing,
kneading, pressing, rolling, slapping, and tapping, for therapeutic purposes
such as promoting circulation of the blood and lymph, relaxation of muscles,
relief from pain, restoration of metabolic balance, and other benefits
both physical and mental.

I am a State and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist with over 1000 hours of training including continued education in Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Mobilization Techniques. Massage therapy can provide you
with relief from stress, anxiety, pain and rid the muscles of lactic acid and other metabolic waste products.
Therapy sessions can be designed to help chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, neuromuscular and musculoskelatal dysfunction. The progression of regularly releasing tension and stress is an important part of
caring for your body, mind and spirit. It's a way to keep the entire body in balance.
I also offer aromatherapy oils, cream and gels and can incorporate reflexology into any massage session. So whether you are looking for a relaxing therapeutic massage, deep tissue or trigger point therapy to relieve pain
